Refund policy

Because every Clicko is handmade to order, customized items are non-refundable once production has started, except as described below.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund within 2 hours of placing your order, before we begin production. Email orders@clicko.ca with your order number.

Defects and shipping damage

If your clicker arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace or refund — your choice.

This policy does not affect your rights under the BC Sale of Goods Act.
